How We Work
Love Our Service? Tell a Friend, Get Rewarded!
1. Refer a contact
Share Plumbifi’s services with a friend, family member, colleague, or neighbor. Ensure they mention your name during the booking process for tracking purposes
2. Service Completion
Once your referral books and successfully completes a plumbing service , the referral becomes eligible.
3. Receive Your Reward
You will receive up to a $100 prepaid debit card as a token of appreciation. There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make — each one earns you a reward.
Referral Program Terms & Conditions
To participate in Plumbifi’s Referral Program, you must be a current or past customer who has paid for at least one completed service with us. Referrals must be for brand-new customers who have never used Plumbifi before. These services must be for Plumbing, Heating, or Gas services. Referral rewards are issued only after the referred customer’s service is completed and fully paid.
For qualifying referrals:
- You will receive $50 for completed jobs under $1,000
- You will receive $100 for completed jobs $1,000 or more.
Rewards are typically delivered within 10 business days after job completion and will be issued as a prepaid Visa or Mastercard gift card.
There is no limit to the number of people you may refer. However, duplicate referrals, self-referrals, or referrals submitted after a service has already been scheduled are not eligible. All referrals must be submitted either by calling Plumbifi directly or by having the referred customer identify you as the person who recommended Plumbifi.
Plumbifi reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
